Avoid over-processed carbs like white bread --- they just add empty calories with no nutrients.
Things to avoid:
soda;
beer;
candy;
excessive fat;
fried foods.
Got the diet down? The next step on the road to a flatter stomach is exercise. Begin a cardiovascular workout plan. Experts recommend running, swimming, pilates, or yoga, but if none of those sound like your cup of tea, just go for a walk.
Exercise at least three hours a week. Remember that to achieve a flatter stomach sooner, you must work hard, but don't over do it. An hour at a time is enough. Otherwise, you run the risk of becoming over-fatigued or even injuring yourself.
