Ladies, please: Don't be one of those people. You need something that will motivate you every day not just to lie down and do a round of crunches, but to eat healthier. You need to make your body an environment where a fat stomach can't sustain itself.

For the most part, you can get away with common sense in this area. Don't eat candy, eat more fruit, drink water instead of diet soda, etc. There are many helpful tips in the realm of nutrition for a girl's abs, but like I said, most of it is common sense.

When it comes to ab exercises, on the other hand, you really can't improvise. You need to know what you're doing and know that you're doing it right.

But while the ab exercises build the abdominal muscle, it's the cardio end of things that expels that excess fat. Long-distance jogging is usually the best solution. Don't whine! A transformation of your body will take some sacrifice, naturally. But it'll be worth it in the end when you can wake up and look in the mirror at those sexy girl abs. I promise!
