Lie down flat on your back.
Hold your hands together overhead.
Raise your left leg 90 degrees keeping it straight as you point your toes to the ceiling
Simultaneously raise your shoulders off the floor a couple of inches.
Touch your left toes with your hands.
Slowly lower your leg and shoulders keeping your hands pointed straight up.
Repeat using right leg.
Alternate from left to right.
Beginner abs workout: 5 reps 2 sets
Advanced abs workout: 10 reps 4 sets
